That right there is funny...anyone remember clipping baseball cards to
the spokes of your bicycle wheels to get it to "sound" like a
motorcycle?? (very 50's / 60's)

I actually saw something like this in the mid 90s (one of those British "gizmo" shows on Discovery). It was WAY more involved and expensive though, including sensors and additional speakers around the interior, independent of the stereo, and a direct connection to the ECU. This is a cheaper, more efficient (at least in packaging) version. It also had sound options - Ferrari's, muscle cars, F1s, etc - but they were built in to the one module. I'm sure it was ten times the cost.
Pretty funny. I see absolutely no use for it except as a YouTube laugh ;)

I'd heard of it, but never knew it was supposed to sound like anything in particular except cards going around a wheel!
