I believe it is a specific style or part number tool that is exclusive to Lowes.
They do that crap all the time, make the cord three inches longer, change the color and part number and , PRESTO, it exclusive!!!

Sometimes certain store chains will carry a particular model number only
available from them, even though that brand name is sold by many, many
other stores. You might be able to buy Model #6525XYZ drill from Home
Depot exclusively, while the same exact item, maybe with a slightly
different coloring or look, is Model #6525X at another store chain. Same
item, different color, with each "exclusively" sold by that particular
chain.
